“WE ARE THE FUTURE.”

As I write to you during our 50^th anniversary, I am reminded that our School’s founding principle outlined so poignantly in the 1973 yearbook – the great dedication to the cause of Armenian education and the preservation of our national identity – is more vital than ever. Pilibos is undoubtedly one of our community’s most important institutions – a place where the opportunity for a premiere education rooted in Armenian heritage and language can transform a life, and in doing so, change the world.

The education of each new generation is our collective responsibility.  Through education, we achieve the betterment of humankind and the natural world.  For 50 years, Pilibos has positively shaped the lives of our students, alumni and our wider community. Rich in history and tradition, but with an eye firmly on the future, we’ve built a reputation as a School where innovation, purpose and heritage exist enthusiastically side by side.  It is in this vein that Pilibos has succeeded for 50 years and has stayed true and committed to educating future leaders – true change makers.  These undertakings are precious and priceless and together they constitute the fundamental reason why Pilibos has endured for 50 years – and will continue to be a leading academic institution for centuries to come.

As we arrive at our half-century milestone, we look forward to continuing to build on the legacy of Pilibos with the help of those who have always enriched and supported our journey. With a myriad of academic and fundraising initiative planned for this year and beyond, we hope that you will join us as we continue to write the Pilibos story – now and into the future.
